Aura Personal Notes Consent
Edition of 27 October 2026.
I freely give Individual entrepreneur Maksim Vladimirovich Kuleshov, Republic of Armenia, registration number RB22-E283-7DEC-1724, 26A Khorenatsi St., Yerevan, Armenia ("Aura") my consent to process my personal data — my personal notes about my practice — on the terms below. This consent is separate and optional. Without it, the app works the same, just without the "Note" field.
1. Why
To store my notes and show them to me: in "My practice", in "My diary" and next to the class or day the note is about. There is no other purpose.
2. What data
- the text of the note — up to 1,000 characters;
- what it is about: my class (a booking), a day (today or one of the 7 previous days), or my own practice once that feature exists;
- date and time it was written;
- earlier versions of the note if I edited it: an edit is saved as a new version, and I see the latest one.
3. If I write about my health
A note is free text. I can write anything in it, including how I feel, injuries or illnesses. Aura does not ask for this and does not analyse the text. If a note contains such information, Aura keeps it only for me, like the rest of the text. That is why this consent is given in writing: by ticking the box in the app after signing in to my account.
Aura does not diagnose and does not give medical advice. Yoga in Aura is fitness and rest, not treatment.
4. What Aura does with the data
Collection, recording, storage, retrieval (showing to me), use for showing to me, deletion, destruction. Processing is automated.
Notes are not used for suggestions or matching (even with the personalization consent), for the Aura Score, for training models or AI, for anonymised analysis or exports. Analytics services (Firebase, AppMetrica) receive only the fact "note saved" or "note deleted" and its type (about a class or a day) — never the text, and only if I have agreed to analytics. Note text is not written to server logs.
5. Who sees it
- Only I see my notes.
- My teacher does not see them — neither in the student card nor in my public profile. Nor do other users.
- Aura administrators do not see note text in the admin panel. Server access is limited to the Aura staff who need it to run the service.
- If I ask for an export of my data, my notes are included.
- The data is stored by the hosting provider Beget LLC (St Petersburg, Russia), which Aura has instructed to store it. There are no other recipients. Notes are not transferred abroad.
6. How long
- Notes are kept while my account exists and the consent is in force.
- I can delete any note at any time, together with all its earlier versions.
- If I have not signed in for 3 years, my notes are deleted automatically. Aura e-mails the account address 30 days before; signing in is enough to keep them.
- After the account is deleted, notes are deleted with it, within 30 days.
- Deleted notes remain in database backups until those are replaced on schedule — no longer than 30 days.
- The consent is valid until withdrawn or until the account is deleted.
7. How to withdraw
At any time: in the app (Profile → Settings → Data → Personal notes → Withdraw consent) or by e-mail to support at info@aura-aum.ru from the account's address. Before withdrawing, the app warns: "All notes will be deleted."
After withdrawal:
- all my notes are deleted — immediately when withdrawn in the app, within 10 working days when withdrawn by e-mail;
- the "Note" field is no longer shown until I consent again; a new consent starts from a clean slate.
If I want to keep my notes, I can copy them or ask for an export first. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
8. New edition
If Aura changes the meaning of this text, the app asks for consent again. Until I agree, I cannot write new notes, but I can still see and delete the existing ones.
9. My rights
I may find out what data is processed, get a copy, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or destroyed, withdraw consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. For users in the EU, the legal basis is explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a)), and I may complain to my country's data protection authority. Requests — to info@aura-aum.ru.
10. Confirmations
I am 18 or older. I have read the Privacy Policy and this document in full.
