Aura Terms of Use
Edition of 9 October 2026.
Who provides the service
The Aura app is provided by sole proprietor Maksim Vladimirovich Kuleshov (ИП Кулешов Максим Владимирович, Russian Federation). Questions, claims and disputes: info@aura-aum.ru.
What the app is
Aura is an app for yoga and massage: a specialist (called a teacher in the Telegram mini app) keeps their profile and schedule of practices; a student finds practices and specialists nearby or online, books a seat and can ask a specialist for an individual session. Aura comes in two forms — the app for Android and iOS and the mini app inside Telegram; it is one product with one account, and these terms apply to both.
Who may use it
Only adults may use the app. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not ask for documents or a date of birth and rely on your confirmation.
Account
An account is created in one of two ways:
- with an email address and a password, in the app. After registering you receive a code at that address, and you cannot sign in until the address is confirmed. A code is valid for ten minutes; if you miss it, a new code can be requested after a short wait (the app shows it). An unconfirmed account in which nothing has been done may be deleted after seven days;
- from Telegram, when you first open the Aura mini app: there is no separate registration, login or password, the account is tied to your Telegram account, and on every later launch sign-in happens again by itself. Before the first sign-in the app shows these terms and the privacy policy and asks you to accept them and confirm your age. An email address and a password can be added to such an account later, so that you can sign in from any device.
One person, one account. Only you know your password: we cannot see it, and password recovery in the app is not available yet — write to info@aura-aum.ru.
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password safe.
Role
When registering you choose a role: student or specialist. You cannot change it yourself; write to info@aura-aum.ru.
Booking a practice and cancelling
A student books a practice. The specialist sets the number of seats, and when they run out no more bookings are possible. A specialist cannot book their own practice.
By booking you show the specialist of that practice your name, your photo and, if the account is linked to Telegram, your Telegram account identifier, so that they can contact you about the session. The mini app does not show this identifier (see the Privacy Policy).
A student may cancel their booking before the practice starts; cancelling again changes nothing. A specialist may reschedule or cancel their practice with a reason; all bookings for it are then cancelled at once, and the Aura bot in Telegram tells the people booked, if they have Telegram.
A student may ask a specialist for an individual session. A request is not a booking: a seat is taken only when the specialist has offered a time and the student has accepted it.
The specialist marks who attended. These marks are visible only to them and affect their statistics and the ability to leave a review.
Reviews
A student who attended a specialist's practice may rate them. The rating and the text are visible to the specialist; other students see the average rating and the number of reviews. A review can be edited.
Payment
There is no payment in the app. If a specialist charges for a session, the price in the practice description is for information only; settlement happens between the student and the specialist outside the app, and Aura takes no part in it.
Responsibility and conduct
Aura is a platform that connects students and specialists. The specialist who publishes a session is responsible for its content and delivery. Participants give truthful information about themselves and their sessions, do not impersonate others and do not interfere with other participants. An account that breaks these terms may be restricted or deleted.
Feedback
You can write to the Aura team from the app (“Feedback” in the app for Android and iOS, “Write to the team” in the mini app) or at info@aura-aum.ru. What is stored when you do is described in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting the account
You can delete your account in the app for Android and iOS, in the Profile section; the mini app has no such action yet — write to info@aura-aum.ru. Deletion is irreversible and immediate: your practices are cancelled, and your bookings remain with specialists without your name and photo. How this works with data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Data
Which data about you is kept, and which is not, is described in the Privacy Policy. It is part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. If you use the app in India, mandatory local consumer and data protection rules apply to the extent the law requires.
Changes to the terms
A new edition is published at this same address with a new date. We announce material changes in the app and through the Aura bot in Telegram. By continuing to use the app after publication you accept the new edition.
